- Liaise with Customer Service team to address participant questions and special requests
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of program materials
- Arrange program logistics such as hotel nights, field trips, transfers, and meals
- Analyze enrollments and space allotments on programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of administrative or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
