      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operate a portfolio of educational programs ensuring the highest quality to solidify brand loyalty
      - Manage all program aspects including budgeting, marketing texts, technical itineraries, and vendor contracts
      - Liaise with Program Resources and Build teams to ensure complete program support functions
      - Negotiate and contract program components including accommodation, transportation, education, and meals
      - Identify and resolve program quality issues with a focus on customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - 3-4 years of relevant experience and product knowledge
      - Experience with project/account management and strong negotiating capability
      - Excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment
