      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and direct supervision of subordinate staff
      - Evaluate workflow and formulate process improvement plans while monitoring staff performance
      - Provide technical advice and assistance to staff, ensuring compliance with case quality assurance
      - Respond to inquiries from eligibility team members and manage escalated concerns
      - Prepare and complete case review tracking reports and attend meetings with various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with people with developmental disabilities or four (4) years of professional case management/social work experience
      - A bachelor’s degree in social science, Health Education, Education, Psychology, Bachelor of Social Work, Health Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field
      - Knowledge of federal laws, state statutes, and agency policies related to developmental disabilities
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to diverse cultures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory role within the field of developmental disabilities
      - Familiarity with community resources and eligibility criteria for developmental disabilities services
      - Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
      - Proficiency in using various computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
