- Assist with the program management of the Colombia Child Protection Partnership activity – CPC Colombia to combat forced recruitment.
- Assist with the review and analysis of documents and information received from partners and/or field teams.
- Draft and/or translate project documents, collaborating with other team members to finalize documentation.
- Support the development of communications content, e. social media posts, templates, reports, newsletters, etc.
- Research relevant developments related to program activities.
- Attend meetings, webinars, and workshops to take notes and report back.
- Participate in the drafting of program summaries, case studies, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
The Pan American Development Foundation seeks a motivated, detail-oriented candidate for its short term assignment for its Democracy, Governance, and Human Rights portfolio in its DC office in support of the implementation and monitoring of international development programs throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly supporting the Colombia Child Protection Compact activity. During the length of this assignment, the incumbent will assist PADF’s staff in the management of U.S. government funded projects.
