      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate and support the development and implementation of disaster response strategies
      - Analyze opportunities for program service improvement and implementation
      - Support local preparation, response, and recovery activities
      - Engage and develop a volunteer team for disaster preparedness and response
      - Serve as a thought leader with local government and agencies involved in disaster

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in social services or program delivery
      - Ability to coordinate staff and volunteer activities
      - Proficiency in MS Office software
      - Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
