- Manage Academic College search strategies using data-informed insights.
- Collaborate and aid in implementing Core search strategies.
- Communicate with Academic College(s) throughout the search funnel and admissions process.
- Utilize systems like Salesforce, Workday Student, and MySQL for top of funnel efforts.
- Use resources, such as in-house data & third-party tools, to inform market adjustments throughout the cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships within Admissions, Academic Colleges, and Enrollment Management, as well as with third-party search vendors. The prospective student search program will support recruiter’s territory growth, Enrollment Marketing will support providing content to send to these students and systems will support the data integrations and tracking of the data sources to support metrics.
- Host virtual search and prospect meetings.
- Perform research and business analysis specifically related to assigned Academic Colleges funnel data and Core markets.
- Create and analyze prospective student searches on vendor platforms.
- Monitor search related budgets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in prospective student search platforms and sources.
- Assist in the development of suspect and prospect reporting metrics.
- Help create and update top of funnel materials and documentation.
- Travel as needed to support strategic search goals. This may include on-campus meetings and attending industry conferences.
- Assist with key admissions events and campus-wide programs.

This position supports core admissions enrollment objectives and serves as a strategic liaison between the Office of Admissions and assigned Academic Colleges. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and analyzing prospective student search strategies to align with institutional enrollment goals. The coordinator collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective outreach, top of funnel growth, and performance tracking. Example of Duties• Work closely with the various teams with the Office of Admissions, as well as Academic Colleges to support the search process and prospect management.
• Respond to a variety of questions and requests related to Admissions funnel information.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with assigned Academic Colleges to inform prospective student search strategies.
• Research potential vendors to ensure the best tools and services are utilized.
• Provide weekly reports to assigned Academic Colleges and/or Admissions on prospective student search activities.
• Maintain clean suspect and prospect records across all platforms.
