      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and design events to achieve program goals and objectives set by management and grantors
      - Manage the implementation and logistics of drunk driving prevention and underage drinking programs
      - Organize and host orientation and evaluation meetings, training sessions, and workshops
      - Source and recruit volunteers, providing them with training and support
      - Maintain tracking and data collection for program results and financial reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, or youth programs related to community health
      - Previous experience in program or grant administration is helpful
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail

      - Experience or demonstrated ability in outreach, community engagement, and grassroots fundraising
      - Familiarity with data entry into online systems and basic record keeping
      - Strong work ethic with the ability to maintain a high activity level
