      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of instructional models and virtual curriculum aligned with state standards
      - Establish systems for enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing family engagement in a virtual setting
      - Develop student progress tracking systems and virtual attendance monitoring processes
      - Facilitate professional learning sessions on digital tools and student engagement strategies
      - Provide live, small group virtual instruction in key content areas to support academic growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, ESE, or a related field (Master’s strongly preferred)
      - Florida Teacher Certification for K-5th Grade, ESE, and Reading Endorsed
      - Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience, including blended/virtual teaching
      - Proven success in achieving student learning gains using virtual/blended teaching methods
      - Proficiency with digital tools and learning management systems (LMS)
