- Serve as a key resource for participant data management, ensuring participant data and all related records are created and maintained accurately and efficiently throughout participantu2019s life cycle.
- Coordinate and manage participant activations/launches across multiple Ezra propositions, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues to ensure the best participant experience.
- License management, ensuring licenses are assigned appropriately so that revenue is recognized, and financial reporting is accurate.
- Coordinate and manage program extensions, ensuring an uninterrupted participant experience whenever possible, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving potential issues. u00A0
- Manage access to external partner platforms (Masterclass, Headspace)
- Develop and uphold a strong understanding of our systems and products to maintain best practices and provide informed guidance.
- Collaborate closely with Configuration Engineers and work cooperatively with multiple teams across various platforms.
- At least 1 year of experience in application support, implementation, or a related role, with a solid understanding of data management and the importance of data integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy in maintaining records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, while being self-motivated and professional.
- A customer-centric mindset, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems is an asset.
- Passionate about continuous improvement, dedicated to finding innovative solutions that enhance processes and participant experiences.
- Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities and responsive to the needs of a distributed team across various time zones.
