- Responsible for a variety of tasks to include coordination of program documentation, support and guidance on varying internal processes.
- Provide supports office technical staff in strategic business planning, programmatic schedule tracking and coordination.
- Prepare written program and project narratives and other program support documentation and material based on data and information gathered from technical and management personnel.
- Prepare written reports, charts, briefings, information papers, fact sheets, brochures, and circulars.
- Task matrix and support organizations and personnel to obtain required information and inputs and insures timely receipt, analysis, and collation of such material.
- Responsible for coordination of information packages for leadership that may include financial and other sensitive information.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a Three-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.

This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority (DHA) Mission Support Positions (STRLs) authorized by 85 FR 78829 dtd 12/07/2020.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. In addition to meeting the Basic Requirement, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the DB-01 (GS-4 grade level or higher equivalency).
Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or band is required. It is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the DB-01 pay band (GS-4 equivalent or higher) in the Federal Service that includes: 1) Providing analysis and recommendations to leadership on policy and processes; 2) Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet short suspense requirements in a fast-paced environment; 3) Rapidly adapting to changes in mission and requirements; and 4) Working with and across multi-disciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed.About the company
