      BakerRipley is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Program Tracking Specialist. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and management information systems (MIS) to support recruitment, eligibility verification, and program performance monitoring. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of customer services and operational improvements.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Utilize the Management Information System (MIS) to track, analyze, and interpret complex data
      • Conduct outreach and recruitment activities through MIS, ensuring accurate customer records
      • Verify eligibility and employment status of customers receiving TANF/Food Stamps
      • Manage financial aid data, including childcare and transportation assistance
      • Monitor performance and quality control, identifying opportunities for operational improvements
      • Maintain databases and enter customer information into key systems like TWIST and WorkInTexas.com

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Strong experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis
      • High attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets
      • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with management and team members
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and monitor performance for continuous improvements
