- Build and launch programmatic campaigns in DSPs in alignment with strategy and specs provided by media planners.
- Ensure timely setup and revision of campaigns, with a focus on high-quality delivery from day one.
- Monitor daily campaign pacing and performance, identifying optimization opportunities and flagging any delivery issues.
- Send insertion orders and coordinate with DSPs for any Managed Service campaign activations and revisions.
- Pull avails from DSPs and/or collaborate with DSP partners to confirm avails and secure competitive rates.
- Communicate campaign updates and changes clearly to all internal stakeholders. Lead internal statuses for applicable assignments.
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret campaign data and recommend performance improvements.
- Partner with planning and analytics teams to assist in creating client-facing reports and campaign recaps.
- Support forecast updates and pacing assessments to meet campaign goals.
- Help create and maintain departmental documentation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel a plus
- Previous agency internship or experience in media buying/planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal.
- Quick learner with a natural curiosity about digital media and analytics.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

- We are open to considering remote employees. Local Dallas-Ft.Worth residents will have the option of a Dallas-based remote or hybrid in-office working environment.
- If in Dallas, in-person attendance will be required for some meetings. In general, this role may be asked to travel for client or internal meetings up to 10% of their time throughout a given year.
We’re seeking a passionate and curious Programmatic Junior Media Buyer to join our growing Programmatic Buying team! You’ll have the opportunity to work across some of the world’s most recognized brands, supporting a variety of clients in video, audio, and display campaigns through Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) in both managed service and self-serve capacities.
As part of our Programmatic Buying team, you’ll work at the intersection of media strategy, data, and technology. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams across planning, account management, analytics, and operations to ensure flawless campaign execution and optimization.

As an entry-level role, you will report to the Director of Programmatic, with day-to-day peer-level buyer influence and interaction. Ideal candidates have some agency experience in the media planning or buying field in the form of an internship or other similar role. Bachelor’s Degree in an advertising or related area is strongly preferred. All candidates should exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills, developed verbal and written communication skills, a curiosity and desire to learn, enthusiasm, and positivity.
