- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate, define workarounds, and resolve defects.
- Support Amazon's advertising tech suite, including AAT, CAPI, ADM, and AMC-AWS Clean Rooms.
- Prioritize issues based on customer impact using case management tools.
- Contribute to training and documentation for internal and external users.
- Automate procedures via scripting and data APIs for high-volume data analysis.
- Identify solutions proactively, communicate trends, and suggest customer experience improvements.
- Mentor peers to enhance technical troubleshooting skills.
- Drive continuous improvement and influence product support strategies.
- Identify emerging issues and influence product prioritization through investigations.
- 3+ years of experience in network and OS support.
- 3+ years in virtualization, orchestration, and cloud computing (e.g., Hypervisors, VMware, Xen).
- 3+ years in database administration.
- 3+ years of software development with object-oriented languages.
- 3+ years of CI/CD experience.
- 3+ years of information security and compliance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years of technical support experience.
- Additional 3+ years of technical support experience.

Position Details
Our Amazon DSP team seeks a Programmatic Solutions Consultant - Technical to join our growing team in New York. You will independently resolve customer campaign execution issues, providing technical support to enterprise customers: programmatic trading desks. Your responsibilities include issue investigation, reproducing complex cases, researching solutions, and developing tools to scale service quality. You will also provide input for product prioritization based on root cause analysis of incidents, ensuring high customer service standards.

The salary range for this position in the US is $86,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
