- Programme Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring programme and project progress, ensuring timely sharing of information regarding timelines, goals, costs, benefits, changes, and risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the council group to facilitate streamlined programme monitoring and reporting processes.
- Secretariat Support: Support Programme Lead and managers in ensuring effective decision-making processes by organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and monitoring the governance framework.
- Programme and Project Governance: Experience working in a structured project governance environment, with a sound understanding of programme and project management frameworks and project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint Outlook.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience: In a similar programme or project coordinator role, adhering to an established Programme or Project Management Framework.
- Understanding of local government processes.

Eke Panuku is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Manager and team members in effectively planning, monitoring, and reporting on programme and project progress. You'll maintain high-quality programme and project management standards while providing technical support and guidance to Project Leads and the Programme Manager.
