      As Programme Leader you will oversee that students are given the skills sets necessary, both creative and technical, to build successful careers in the Fashion and related creative industries. Your professional experience and academic achievement will inform and shape the development of the programme of courses to new heights.

      You will embrace the global diversity of the student profiles across the Marangoni schools and support the international strategy of the group.

      Key purpose of the role

      To desi gn, develop and pian curriculum contents and teaching methodologies of existing and new courses tor each academic year in order to guarantee the excellence in teaching and learning of the programmes you are responsable for;

      To assure the highest standard of the institutional value given to transparency of practice through achieving compilation and satisfaction rates of school surveys requested by the group:

      To support a school adeguate progression rate, applying a solid retention strategy that retains fails, resits and withdrawals;

      To recruit new faculty, talent and industry connections to support course quality and currency;

      To contribute in planning the teaching assignment of every academic year;

      To manage and mentor the programme tutors and take responsibility for their knowledge and activities of IM programmes as well as for their professional development;

      To partecipate in the teaching of key subjects of the courses;

      To develop solid student engagement and performance to assure their positive learning experience;

      To engage in student care and pastora! activities to assure an inclusive an safe learning environment and support students at risk of academic failure including it's documentation;

      To promote and support extracurricular and interdisciplinary to enrich the student school experience;

      To engage and contribute actively and sustain the process of creation and validation of programmes

      To organise and participate in all coordination activities including programme committees, boards and academic and industry forums:

      To organise and create documentation for one-to-one student, student representatives and faculty meetings;

      To maintain consistent professional development and to cultivate research interest in the field in order to improve pedagogic practices and the research strategy of Istituto Marangoni;

      To be available for open days, admission selections and skype interviews;

      To implement Quality Assurance procedures to monitor and improve the quality of the courses and participate in parity meetings.
