- Programming and configuring a variety of activities using our platform, with an emphasis on surveys
- Managing and prioritizing multiple requests via a support queue
- Troubleshoot issues with our various customers and escalate as needed
- Must have experience with applications focused on Confirmit Survey Programming
- Demonstrated success at prioritizing tasks, working independently and handling detailed-oriented requests
- Strong computer skills and comfort with Excel and Word
- Comfortable and articulate in working directly with colleagues and teammates
- The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form

Position Specifications:
This role sits within our global Community Operations and Programming team that supports our internal platforms and survey functions. Each day is different as you respond to continual and varied requests from other colleagues to support the work we do for our clients via a support queue. You will work closely with other members of the Community Operations and Programming team as well as the Consultants at C Space.

You are dynamic, effective at multitasking, detail-oriented and analytical. You are experienced and comfortable with technology and like to explore and problem solve. You enjoy learning and figuring out new things. You are eager to contribute and collaborate through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork. In addition, you have a demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite and a proven understanding and aptitude for web-based programming languages. You have related knowledge, exposure or practice with survey programming tools. Most importantly, you work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
