Applying strong analytical skills for creating various reports and dashboards in tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc.

Conduct requirement reviews with Business Analyst to clarify reporting needs
-
Participate in Agile software development process by attending daily standups and providing updates
-
Provide effort estimation for reporting user stories
-
Design and develop reports and various types of dashboards (informational, predictive, actionable etc.)
-
Test reports and dashboards with larger sets of data to validate accuracy
-
Demonstrate developed reports and dashboards to SME’s and stakeholders
-
Work with Solutions Architect and development team to coordinate promotion of reports and dashboards from one environment to another (dev to test, etc.)
-
Provide support to the QA team during the testing phases of the project
-
Assist in UAT and user training activities
-
Review change requests and discuss with Business Analysts
-
Review and resolve bugs reported by QA/Testing team
-
Perform root cause analysis to avoid or reduce future bugs
-
Experience with AMANDA solution from Granicus (formerly Calytera)
-
Experience in creating document templates and generating letters in AMANDA by Granicus
-
Knowledge of AMANDA database structure and table relationships
-
Extensive knowledge on various AMANDA database objects related to Folders and People
-
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
-
Knowledge of T-SQL
-
Ability to write complex SQL statements
-
Ability to tune SQL queries for better performance

Experience writing stored procedures and functions
-
Experience in developing reports using a report writer

Experience in developing dashboards using analytics tool

Ability to develop various jobs using a job scheduler

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in developing Yellowfin BI dashboards (Highly Desirable)

Experience in developing reports in Crystal Reports

Experience in exporting configuration data from one environment to another (dev to test, etc.)

Knowledge of configuring user security in Yellowfin BI
