Job Description

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in systems programming, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Substantial level of programming knowledge and ability, with languages such as C#, .NET, PHP, Oracle PL/SQL, or Java
- Full stack web development experience
- Experience working with SQL and SSRS
- Experience working with JavaScript, Some exposure to modern UI language is a plus (ex. Angular or React)
- Familiarity with MVC Framework
- Minimum of 2 year of experience with modern DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, and/or Jenkins
- Performing and troubleshooting applications and systems
- Works from or writes specifications to develop or modify software programs that will improve the efficiency of the operating system.
- Develops logic, codes, tests and debugs software packages defined by higher-level software programmers or self.
- Modifies, tests and debugs vendor supplied utilities, packages and engineering releases to better suit them to the operating environment.
- Assists in developing and modifying relatively complex software, such as routines supporting multi programming, telecommunications and file management.
- May provide assistance and training to other Programmers.
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Programmer Analyst II develops, designs, implements and documents modifications to both vendor supplied and in-house operating systems to meet specific needs of the installation.
