      • Deliver programming and other member services that meets the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives.
      • Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events.
      • Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities.
      • Implements and ensures a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities.
      • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Proper completion of documentation where required.
      • In all things be sure to keep the guests experience at the forefront of every duty completed.
      • Facilitates programs and teambuilding for Y of the Ozarks.
      • Assists with the implementation of evening programs
      • Assists in implementing outdoor education curriculum as needed.
      • Manages meals and acts as Meal Host when assigned.
      • Facilities recreational activities such as Archery, Climbing, Axe Throwing and other activities.
      • Operation and instruction of all waterfront activities in accordance with camp policies.
      • Y-USA LGI certification preferred.
      • Responsible for the Buddy Board and its implementation.
      • Guides and supervises staff when they are working at the waterfront.
      • Ensures boat house equipment is properly maintained.
      • Oversees set up and break down of waterfront, boat house, and Aquapark.
      • Oversees rescue boat drivers.
      • Performs all other duties as assigned.

      • Missouri Class E Driver's License (or equivalent) is preferred.
      • 18 years of age preferred.
      • Minimum 1 year as camp staff preferred.
      • Completion of or willing to obtain YMCA program-specific certifications.
      • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
      • Able to maintain positive working relationships with all support services at Y of the Ozarks.
