  Key Expected Achievements :

  1. The potential progress initiatives of his entity are identified

  2. The progress initiatives are implemented using the job study methodology and/or the Lean approach to improve the performance of his entity.

  3. The "basics OI" are in place and maintained: TU, TR0/TRS, activity monitoring.

  4. Standards and associated control mechanisms are established.

  5. Change management is carried out successfully

  6. Operational teams gain autonomy to steer their progress initiatives.

  7. Flows are under control.

  8. LEAN studies or progress projects are led and carried out.

  9. The necessary resources (manpower / processes / machines) are defined and the capacities are mastered.

  10. Best practices are shared with the progress network and used to identify and propose actions.
