      Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

      The position is Hybrid with the possibility to work 2 days from home.

      Responsibilities include but not limited To:

      • Support all program-level resource action items and follow-up to include validating candidate skills against position requirements, onboarding and offboarding

      • Support program’s staffing process which includes reviewing and submitting job requisitions, coordinating interviews, ensuring candidate feedback is provided and offer terms are prepared as well as associated recurring reporting

      • Support the contractor resource personnel list (CPRL) for the program; liaise with the program team including the PM, Hiring Managers, Recruiting Team, and Financial Staff to ensure all billets are tracked from open to close

      • Support the Program collaboration site

      • Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure and ensure WBS is properly updated and maintained

      • Develop an Agile methodology IMS by working with technical teams to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the program

      • Develop achievable IMS critical path for project, program and contractual milestones

      • Prepare trend analysis to identify IMS problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions

      • Prepare project studies, plans, actions items, etc. to support meetings and reviews

      • Track and collaborate action items to resolution

      • Ensure task and action item resolution meets deadlines

      • Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution

      • Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Ability to work effectively with Program Manager, Technical Director, Functional Managers, and technical subject matter experts

      • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities to create draft presentations for program office staff

      • 2+ years of relevant experience

      • Excelling written and verbal communication skills

      • Conflict resolution skills

      • Attention to detail

      Preferred Qualifications :

      • Experience supporting Program Management Offices

      • Good problem-solving skills: ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it

      • BS Degree

      • Local travel up to 10%

      Security Clearance Requirements:

      • U.S. Citizenship and active Top-Secret clearance adjudicated within the past six years

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

      • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

      • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

      • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

      • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve

      • delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

      • May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.

      The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900-$134,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
