      As a Project Analyst you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technology teams—leading the charge in gathering business requirements, performing feasibility analyses, and translating technical needs into actionable plans. You’ll collaborate across departments and help shape innovative solutions that align with agency strategies and user expectations.

      You'll:
      • Conduct product intake analysis, including scope definition, effort estimation, and risk assessments
      • Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures for better efficiency and system compatibility
      • Gather, document, and manage technical and business requirements using standardized templates
      • Develop implementation and testing plans for new applications and upgrades
      • Provide post-implementation support, including training, user documentation, and knowledge transfer
      • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution
      • Support reporting through dashboards and scorecards
      • Participate in software upgrades, patch rollouts, and project teams

      • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or 2 years of IT experience
      • Minimum 2 years of hands-on project support experience
      • Preferred: ITIL v4 certification and technical credentials
      • Strong understanding of SDLC, project management principles, and business analysis methodologies
      What You'll Bring:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Office, and BI/reporting tools
      • Ability to write technical documentation and provide end-user training
      • A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership
