What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure successful execution of federally funded energy efficiency projects
- Develop reporting aligned with DOE requirements for operational insights
- Streamline processes to improve timeliness and quality of outputs
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control of program processes
- Assist in contract management and resolution of operational issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of program/project management experience in energy program management
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems with analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with client engagement experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEM, PMP, or similar certification or willingness to obtain
- 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Knowledge of residential energy efficiency and electrification technologies
- Experience with project management and analytics software solutions
