      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects
      - Develop reporting aligned with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requirements to enhance operational insights
      - Streamline processes in collaboration with leadership to improve efficiency and quality of outputs
      - Conduct quality assurance and quality control of program processes, suggesting improvements as needed
      - Assist in resolving program operation and management issues while supporting project management activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
      - 3-5+ years of program/project management experience in energy program management or administrative oversight
      - Strong analytical skills to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
      - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently within deadlines
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and willingness to travel quarterly as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CEM, PMP, or a desire to obtain such credentials
      - 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
      - Knowledge of residential energy efficiency technologies, including HVAC and appliances
      - Familiarity with project management and analytics software solutions
