What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer, implement, and verify federally funded energy efficiency projects
- Develop and align reporting with U.S. Department of Energy requirements
- Streamline processes to improve timeliness and quality of outputs
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control for program processes
- Support contract management and assist in resolving program operation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 3-5+ years of program/project management experience related to energy program management
- Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in client engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to travel quarterly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CEM, PMP, or similar certification or desire to obtain
- 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Knowledge of residential energy efficiency and electrification technologies
- Experience with project management and analytics software solutions
