- Responsible for order management by providing direct project team support and coordination among internal team members and systems to include Sales Representatives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Finance, Marketing, and Operations (supply planning, manufacturing, and distribution) .
- Analyze and orchestrate order management of configurable capital surgical equipment, ensuring accurate information flows from order to shipment throughout the ERP systems .
- Provide order management support to a region of Sales Representatives, Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Facilitation of the capital project order management process by utilizing multiple commercial systems including CRM, CPQ, and ERP .
- Coordinate with major stakeholders such as subsequent Field Ops project team, Finance, Marketing, Operations to ensure timely shipment of order .
- Responsible for the achievement of established qualitative and quantitative customer service team metrics.
- Assist the customer service team and project team with required changes to existing capital equipment project orders.
- Execute internal processes to successfully facilitate project closing/contracts.
- Work with others in the analyst team to provide internal and external customers technical assistance with configurable capital product utilizing multiple system tools.
- Bachelor's Degree

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite*This position will be on a hybrid-based schedule with the expectation of the candidate having the ability to be on-site at our Flower Mound, TX office at least once a week.
As a Project Analyst you will serve as a hands-on Customer Care project team support immediately following order booking through order shipment utilizing CRM and ERP systems. Supports and maintains order management and enterprise wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department activities. Performs basic configuration, setup, and updating of orders in the ERP systems (Oracle and SAP). Enters and ensures validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases.
