- BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience, knowledge as typically acquired through an undergraduate degree or a minimum of 4 years progressive experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with Project management a plus.
- Ability to interact with individuals from all organizational levels with diverse needs and personnel.
- Work independently and part of a team, prioritize workflow and support multiple initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Communicate effectively and solve problems with all levels of personnel within the organization, as well as numerous contacts outside. Must be able to represent the department professionally with internal/external customers.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are essential. Skills in preparing spreadsheets and presentations are also needed.
- Strong working knowledge of web based tools, technologies and best practices including database design, SharePoint and multimedia formats.
- Proficiency in Internet applications (Filemaker, HTML, Photoshop, Website development)
- Work closely with Project Manager and department leadership to identify trends by analyzing operational data.
- Work with Project Team to create and implement administrative tracking solutions to track staff productivity and compliance.
- Identify new protocols / procedures that support improved overall operational efficiency staff compliance, staff morale and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Project Team to design and implement new educational programs for staff from management to frontline levels, ensuring the advancement of strategic initiatives and achievement of organizational goals and objectives.
- Use effective teaching strategies to support a diverse group with different learning styles, educational backgrounds and experience levels.
- Uses process improvement skills to continuously develop and assess available technology systems to update and improve departmental operating efficiencies.
- Participate in the development and administration of online administrative and employee resources. Provide administrative support for department databases and web resources.
- Photoshop and graphic design support as needed to support various department presentations and online department resources.
- Participate on department committees and provide support as needed.
- Provide administrative UKG support to department heads through: data entry, data retrieval, generating reports from operational data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
Under the general direction the Materials Management Project Manager and within established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Project Analyst will support a broad range of projects and perform tasks that support multiple department operations. Duties will range from basic data entry to website / database design and administration to staff training and business solution development.
