What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on day-to-day project activities, including data collection and summarization for reports
- Support the Senior Program Manager in coordinating and leading project meetings
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring timely development and delivery
- Maintain and update all project archives and documentation systems
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality control of work products and adherence to templates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in the sciences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including SharePoint, Word, and Excel
- Must be a United States citizen, permanent resident, or have authorization for employment in the United States

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting projects for agencies under the Department of Human Health Services (DHHS), including the CDC, FDA, or NIH
- Familiarity with medical or laboratory environments
