      • Warehouse Associate / Data Entry Coordinator

      • Schedule: Monday – Friday

      • Start Time 8:00am to 4:30pm

      • Must be Flexible with start time!

      • Location: Livermore. CA -MUST TRAVEL to the Customer IN the BAY AREA

      • Mileage is paid

      Responsibilities:

      Under direct supervision, oversees a small project or phases of a large project. Responsible for coordinating activities of a project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

      Must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with more senior project managers regarding status of projects and assignments.

      Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

      Customer interaction must Travel to Bay Area to the customer.

      Evaluation and development of project plans Coordination with multiple internal and external groups

      Developing program plans with supervision Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans.

      Ensures projects are completed according to plan Communicates project progress to appropriate audience

      Manages all phases of assigned programs from inception through completion

      Manage aspects of customer interface, including requirements of cost, schedule and technical performance

      Manages projects with subsystem and/or system responsibility

      Manages project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members

      Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.

      S erves as focal point for project status or other project information.

      Manages the incoming data input process including keying label information, location information, investigating and resolving exceptions, acknowledging orders with customers and closing the work order.

      Verifies that all information is keyed in accurately and in a timely manner.

      8,000 KPH Keystrokes is the minimum

      Manage the internal move data input process including the keying of all information, electronically moving cartons to new locations, investigating and resolving exceptions.
