      Dematic is currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join our winning team as a Project Quality Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the quality of multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment. The Project Quality Engineer will ensure that the project quality requirements are aligned with the business strategies; that it is being applied consistently & correctly across the project, and that they will achieve the stated requirements safely and efficiently, to the satisfaction of its customers. This role will interface with our customers on a regular basis (60% onsite support, 40% remote support approximately) to report the project quality KPIs and quality gates related discussion. The Project Quality Engineer is responsible for the following: - Leads, conducts and manages RCA investigations and cross-functional teams - Develops and implements a project quality plan to meet the quality requirements of the project. - Supports the Project Manager during the Quality Gates management reviews and conduct a previous quality assessment for each quality gate. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the project quality and report progress monthly. - Monitors the activities described in the project plans, relative to the quality of the project, which have implications in the contract, and ensures that project activities are integrated with the procedures and processes of Dematic Quality Management System. - Applies continuous improvement techniques and aligns or improves any plans or processes that deviates during the project.

      The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-$140,0 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

      Tasks and Qualifications:

      What We are Looking for:

      • Ability to travel 50% or more as required domestically, with potential international travel.

      • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline. Preferred minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar rol or role

      • Black belt or Green belt certification preferred.

      • Practical knowledge and use of MiniTab preferred

      • Proven ability to write and produce technical reports and ability to oversee internal and external quality audits.

      • Exemplary knowledge of codes and standards and expertise in quality management.

      • Proven skills in quality improvement techniques (i.e. RCA, 8-D).

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

      • Worked within a matrixed organization and have had responsibility for a number of large project sites with respect to quality.

      • Strong capabilities in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

      • Data-driven and capabilities in using Power BI and/or other data capture tools.
