What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Office of Community Health team to conduct literature reviews and scoping reviews
- Analyze qualitative interview data using various qualitative methodologies
- Contribute to program evaluations and report writing for family medicine programs
- Support dissemination of project findings through presentations and publications
- Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling and data collection activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current graduate student in Public Health, Social Work, Anthropology, Health Services, or a related field
- Experience with analytic skills in qualitative methods, including data collection and analysis
- Basic understanding of statistical methods such as linear regression and descriptive statistics
- Strong interest in community health and health equity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo, Atlas.ti, Dedoose, MAXQDA)
- Previous experience in developing logic models and conducting program evaluations
- Lived experience in underserved communities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Interest or experience in manuscript writing
