What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support
- Monitor program email accounts
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings
- Support research activities and prepare documents
- Assist with grants and contracts support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience
- 2 years of work experience in an administrative or project support role
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite and online meeting platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working in a dispersed work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with database software (e.g., AirTable, MS Access)
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices
