      Project Associate

      Work Location: Chennai, Office based.
      What yo do?

      • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values, which center on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

      • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting stakeholder needs.

      • Manage and support day to day Ops Support activities including but not limited to timesheet FSE Onboarding, timesheet (TS) compliance reviews, TS approvals, invoice coding/processing, CV/JD updates/compliance reviews, bill rate updates, contract administration, iLearn compliance reviews and other Ops support administration as per business requirement.

      • Demonstrate analytical skills and understanding of the data, and its sources.

      • Own data quality of Operations key fields in Resource Management System and liaise with business periodically to produce optimal data quality.

      • Perform line managerial activities with FSE administration.

      • Communicate clearly and effectively with all level of the business (internally and externally).

      • Support with generation of communication templates while sharing process updates, process enhancement updates and other Ops Metric updates.

      • Use existing procedures to solve problems; analyze information and standard practices to make judgments.

      • Support with creation of SOP’s on Operations Activities and Business Processes.

      What you need?:

      • Bachelor's degree or local equivalent in Business Administration and / or appropriate experience (BBA, MBA, HR/General Administration/Operations Management).

      • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management/HR Administration.

      • Advanced MS-Excel skills and basic knowledge on VBA Macros (Preferable).

      • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.

      • Strong excel skills and understanding of statistical methods will be an added advantage.
