- Manage projects for all areas of Creative Services, including designers workload, print shop jobs, video post production tasks, photography requests.
- Work closely with ministries and their requests from conception to delivery of products.
- Manage freelancers and content that need to be provided for them.
- Allocate department resources in order to complete projects within expected budget and timelines.
- Enforce naming convention and file delivery.
- Gather all information required by the team to meet their deadlines.
- Manage strong lines of collaboration with other creative departments.
- Ensure deadlines are met through proactively managing projects and troubleshooting any discrepancies in job progression.
- Deliver design content to the requesting ministry.
- Create workflow for content delivery to other teams including main looks and video files for resizing and campaign execution.
- Do your research, invest in yourself and maintain knowledge of creative trends to stay relevant.
- Manage the Print Shop’s project queue, coordinating with other project associates within Creative Ministries to streamline the printing process.
- Handle all incoming requests from ministries through the Ministry Request Form.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Associate is responsible for projects handled by the Creative Services team, to ensure everything is delivered on time and that the ministries’ resources are used properly. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized leader with exceptional communication skills, a passion to love on people and share the love of Jesus Christ.
