      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance related to disaster relief programs and FEMA policies
      - Provide guidance and support to callers by explaining FEMA programs, eligibility criteria, and available resources
      - Assess the needs of callers and determine appropriate courses of action based on their concerns
      - Record detailed notes of each call for accurate documentation and tracking
      - Adhere to FEMA’s policies and guidelines while maintaining confidentiality of caller information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
      - Must be a U.S. Citizen
      - Minimum of 6 months to over a year of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience required; call center experience preferred
      - Moderate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
      - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish to qualify for higher pay
      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Demonstrated ability to exhibit compassion and a customer-focused personality
      - Experience with federal programs or disaster relief services
      - Strong professional attitude and excellent telephone etiquette
