- Completion of Project Artwork Briefs for all new packaging components within a Brand Change project
- Coordination of required component compliance approvals across all relevant markets and for all variants in within Projects
- Building and maintaining Regulatory Checklist for projects
- Issue resourcing tracker to Project Managers and review workload capacity
- Work well as part of a team and individually
- Are able to work quickly and accurately under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Have strong communication and organisational skills and are able to prioritise your own workload
- Are motivated and can take a proactive and dynamic approach to project requirements
- Can demonstrate your ability to build great relationships with a range of partners
- Are able to search out, manipulate and analyse data/information
- Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Apply high standards to all aspects of work and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Have a strong desire to contribute to improved ways of working
- Have experience in SAP PLM and DEP
- Are experienced in data team activities (site or brand change)
- Have experience in artwork development and/or reprographics processes
- Can show an understanding of Brand Change and Planview processes
- Understand the need for controls and compliance in Brand Change

About the role
The role is based at Diageo's International Supply Technical Centre, which is based at Menstrie, near Stirling in Scotland. Every day the Brand Change team are modernising packaging on our existing Brands, as well as creating new packs and liquids as we launch new innovative brands to add to our already extensive exciting portfolio, supporting Diageo's growth globally.
As a Project Coordinator you’ll support Project Managers within Brand Change in the delivery of compliant packaging artwork for our iconic brands. You will ensure the delivery of the artwork to satisfy customer briefs, right first time in terms of quality, cost and timing. This includes:
