      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for program planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting
      - Measure and assess program performance regularly and generate performance reports
      - Prepare government financial and performance management data items
      - Implement financial policies, develop budget baselines, and conduct variance analyses
      - Monitor actual costs and commitments to ensure compliance with contractual objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
      - Minimum of 2 years of direct program/project experience related to US Government DoD contracts
      - Strong financial analytical skills and ability to work well within teams
      - Good organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple project activities
      - Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and MS Project for detailed project planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
      - Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint
      - Experience managing or supporting projects in a manufacturing environment
