Job Description
- Req#: 7637
- Prepare correct, transparent and plausible project calculations in line with Brose guidelines including 4-eyes-principle
- Derive target cost for acquisition/development projects and support identifying measures to achieve targeted cost structure
- Evaluate and track cost improvement measures as well as customer change requests continuously
- Monitor project profitability frequently and support identifying countermeasures in case of plan or target deviations
- Ensure compliance of groupwide, business unit or regional specific standards and processes
- Embody the role of a commercial advisor or business partner of the customer/project team
- Support efficient decision-making process through communicating and creating of commercial topics in a transparent, conclusive and receiver-oriented way (facts, figures, options, chances/risks etc.)
- Support business planning activities of customer team/product group through providing and analyzing of relevant commercial information (maintain acquisition and development project calculations in integrated planning system, analysis of series projects etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 1 year work experience in technical/engineering or Controlling/Finance function
- Ideally profound Controlling or Project Management knowledge as well as first product and process technology knowledge
- Very good analytical skills and understanding of numbers
- Good communication abilities
