      Job Description

      Roland Berger is an independent management consulting firm, solely owned by their Partners, who are responsible for overall corporate performance and business success.       The finance area offers exciting challenges. As a Project Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for the operational support of the sales units.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Project administration, controlling and billing up to the creation of outgoing invoices and their dispatch to the customer.
      • Support on monitoring project revenue recognition / project profit margin.
      • Accounting and cost allocation of all customer project related services.
      • Support of the project managers with reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
      • Collaboration in further development and optimization of controlling processes.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in accounting (focus on controlling is a plus)
      • Prior hands-on experience in finance and controlling, preferably in a consulting-oriented corporate setting.
      • Proficiency in understanding and managing controlling and accounting procedures, with a keen awareness of their interrelationships, and an interest in tax-related topics.
      • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a goal-oriented approach to work.
      • A strong service and customer-centric mindset.
      • Team Spirit
      • Proficiency in MS-Office tools, Excel, and SAP (plus)
      • Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
