      Job Description

      CRB is seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator II to support the successful delivery of capital design and construction projects. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to manage project documentation, coordinate meetings, support operations, and maintain communication between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with a knack for keeping things (and people) on track.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Assist the Project Manager in the execution and delivery of capital design and construction projects of varying scope and complexity.

      • Serve as a central point of coordination for meetings between internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

      • Manage project documentation, including naming conventions, version control, and storage on SharePoint or other collaborative platforms.

      • Organize and maintain digital file structures, folders, and project logs.

      • Track and update documents such as Go/No-Go forms, job descriptions, operational templates, and staffing agreements.

      • Support talent acquisition coordination as the team scales, including assisting with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

      • Maintain logs and records of third-party staffing agreements and contracts; interface with vendors and contract resources as needed.

      • Utilize advanced Excel skills to support data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.

      • Interface professionally with clients and represent CRB in a client-facing capacity.

      • Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of project teams.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred.

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, administrative work, document control, or project administration preferably in a design or construction setting.


      Required Skills & Competencies

      • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

      • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

      • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.

      • Experience with PDF software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat), SharePoint, and project management tools.

      • Proficiency with project controls databases and traditional documentation methods.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and client-facing environment.
