What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Project Managers with the organization, coordination, and completion of projects
- Maintain system project records, schedules, budget plans, and resource plans
- Provide project status updates using Power BI data, Microsoft Dynamics, and Wrike
- Coordinate project meetings and support Project Managers with agendas and minutes
- Manage project contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of professional experience in a related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the US
- Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports
- Strong quantitative skills with the capability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) Certification
- Prior scheduling experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Wrike
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills based on assigned work
- Relevant military experience considered for transitioning service members
