Job Description

- Assist Project Managers with due diligence for project kick-off and continual oversight of critical milestones affecting Project delivery
- Update weekly project status reports, meeting minutes and manage Departmental weekly meeting agenda in partnership with Director
- Produce Executive Presentations, manage meeting Minutes and internal departmental communications
- Manage project schedules utilizing internal systems and issue monthly Global updates in partnership with London-based Design Team
- Manage shop drawing logs and project-related documentation
- Partner with Project Managers and Finance on project reconciliation and close-out
- Manage and maintain inventory of materials sample library
- Manage inventory of stored furniture and fixtures and allocation to miscellaneous projects
- Basic administrative duties include:
- Team calendar management, sample library management, SharePoint folder management, Team travel schedule coordination

- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of basic accounting skills
- Interior Design or Architecture degree preferred

• Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $75,000.00 and $85,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
• This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
