- Launch all ERP project task types as required, including inventory, pre-install, project, survey, etc.
- Manage escalations from the Deployment Command Center to support field operations.
- Follow up and ensure all material warranty entitlement startups are complete within a pre-defined period.
- Ensure contractors are paid within 30 days of task completion, specifically for Project Tasks.
- Track RMAs for Projects as required.
- Participate in lean manufacturing process design and design changes (Kaizen events) as needed.
- Track project costs using GPMA codes in Project Loader and Order Entry.
- Work alongside project managers to oversee the entire life-cycle of projects of various sizes, communicating timelines, status, and identifying potential risks.
- Act as a liaison, providing support, updates, agendas, and pushing for deliverable and deadline completions for project stakeholders.
- Document and track project performance using Microsoft applications as required by Project Managers.
- Organize, update, and distribute project-related documents as necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to best support the project and team.
- Keep track of all out-of-scope work for projects and document as required by project managers.
- Experience with various MRP/ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- 3+ years experience in coordinator/administrator or order entry/fulfillment roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of project processes and tools
- Customer-centric mindset
- Strong team player
- Ability to work through Oracle and craft reports using Discoverer
- Ability to use Power BI is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
