      Summary

      We are currently hiring for a n AutoCAD Project Coordinator to join our Western Canada Construction Team. Reporting to the Junior Project Manager , the Project Coordinator will facilitate construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. This role will direct and oversee contractors and liaise with various departments internally. This position will provide strong support in all aspects of the construction process.

      Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

      • Survey stores to complete CAD drawings.

      • Keep internal drawings up to date.

      • Complete drafting duties needed by internal construction and merchandising teams.

      • Provide support to project management , maintenance team and other team members.

      • Perform other technical duties to support project delivery.

      • Monitor and track project progress.

      • Work directly with contractors and vendors.

      • Other duties as assigned.

      Profile Requirements:

      • Architectural Technology Diploma or degree or equivalent is required .

      • Working knowledge of AutoCAD software

      • Good understanding of construction documents and floor plans

      • Flexible and willing to perform both project coordination and drafting tasks.

      • Understanding project delivery methods and invoice approval processes is an asset.

      • Open to travel anywhere in Western Canada.

      • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

      • Required to work out of the Calgary office
