What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support administrative functions related to project prioritization and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize company applications such as Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire for daily operations
- Review project requirements and assist in staffing assignments and scheduling travel for team members
- Coordinate with team members and clients to resolve meeting logistics
- Perform clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Strong adaptability to changing environments and ability to manage overlapping deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
