What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the project management team throughout the project life cycle from Initiate to Close
- Execute financial and administrative aspects of projects, such as budget, commitment, and invoice entries
- Verification of general contractors pay applications and vendor invoices for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
- Provide financial reports and project status information as needed
- Vendor maintenance in compliance with client’s policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service
- An agile problem solver with the ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret document
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
