      This role is open to hybrid and remote employees. This role is part of a six-month, entry level, full time, immersive employment opportunity where you will gain practical industry experience. A full-time, permanent position at the end of the program is based on performance and position availability. You will report to the Program Director and be part of the Delivery Management team.

      Job Description:

      •You will own project administration for a set of accounts

      •In partnership with Finance and Resource Management, you will complete the project set up process in Merkle’s internal systems

      •You will ensure project data is kept up to date based on project contracts and changes in the engagement over the life of the project

      •Conduct reporting on project health

      •Complete project closure activities

      •Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by leadership

      QUALIFICATIONS

      •Bachelor's Degree

      •Entry level, 0-3 years working in a digital environment

      •You are a recent graduate or career changer looking to enter a new industry. No prior professional experience is required to apply. This role is intended to provide an entry-point for you into the industry, and we will develop your skills and experience along the way.

      •Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, and time management skills

      •Familiarity with Microsoft products i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams

      •Strong attention to detail

      •Enjoys working independently

      The hourly pay range for this position is $32.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
