      BGIS ITS is currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installation Coordinator to join the team in Hudson, FL (Remote) and surrounding areas.

      The selected candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Installation Coordinator to support and enhance our Commercial Installation Department. This office-based role is essential in organizing and managing site surveys, coordinating communication between field staff and project stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of rooftop equipment and curb components.

      In-Office Position:

      • Hourly Rate: $22 - $29 per hour

      KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      Rooftop Units Curb Component Coordination

      • Conduct quality reviews of completed site surveys, with particular focus on the data needed to specify and order rooftop curbs and curb adapters.
      • Collaborate with curb adapter suppliers and leverage selected HVAC equipment data to ensure proper curb design and specification.
      • Review manufacturer submittal drawings, unit shop drawings, and field survey data for consistency and accuracy.
      • Ensure accurate curb orders are placed and proactively expedite delivery timelines to meet project schedules.
      • Organize and track curb drawings, survey documents, and other technical files in a centralized, easily accessible format.
      • Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.

      Site Surveys Coordination and Team Collaboration

      • Coordinate and schedule commercial HVAC site surveys in collaboration with Install Managers and Regional Installation Managers (RIMs).
      • Track and follow up on survey completion; support on-site technicians during surveys as needed.
      • Distribute survey information promptly and accurately to Project Managers and Install Managers.
      • Communicate directly with clients to submit surveys, clarify findings, and gather necessary input.
      • Coordinate material requirements (e.g., aluminum, galvanized steel, etc.) and manage change orders as needed.
      • Assist with project planning, material logistics, and workflow optimization partnering with the Project and Install Management teams.
      • Validate project planning includes safety considerations to ensure compliance with related
      • Demonstrate flexibility to support team in all areas of HVAC installation and projects.

      KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

      • High School Diploma or equivalent and a specialized technical or business course.
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service (preferably with rooftop units and curb systems).
      • Working knowledge of rooftop package units, curb adapters, and related HVAC equipment.
      • Comfortable reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, submittals, and installation specifications.
      • Superior customer service skills.
      • Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and external partners.
      • Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
      • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
      • Creative, self-starter with critical thinking skills and ability to work both independently and contribute to the team.
      • Professional appearance, communication style and disposition.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF and markup tools.
      • Intermediate Excel knowledge and ability to work with Adobe files.

      Additional Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience coordinating with curb manufacturers or HVAC distributors.
      • Understanding of basic HVAC design principles and installation workflows.
      • Previous experience working with site survey data or CAD-based drawings is a plus
