Job Description

- Assist project teams with breaking project work into manageable packages and organizing into a project schedule.
- Assign tasks and confirm completion.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project goals.
- Lead defined small and medium-sized projects and components of large projects/programs.
- Schedule meetings and prepare agenda and minutes at the direction of the project managers.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders and Exact Sciences project managers.
- Keep project management related information organized and available to appropriate stakeholders.
- Manage issues and action items by collaborating directly with team members to ensure completion.
- Coordinate and provide communication updates to key stakeholders, management, and project teams.
- Maintain positive working relationships with various internal parties and stakeholders.
- Consult with project sponsors and review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding, allotment of resources and procedures for accomplishing projects.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with coordination, development, or design of projects.
- Escalate issues when critical risks arise and maintains pulse with project activities to ensure progress.
- Directly or indirectly leads cross-functional teams to execute on project tasks.
- Collaborate with other project and program managers to manage project interdependencies.
- Prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required.
- Follow established project management practices, including management of scope, requirements, issues, and risks.
- Demonstrated ability to balance cost, quality and schedule constraints while escalating issues as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities within and across multiple projects at the same time.
- Demonstrated success with oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment and determine appropriate action to a variety of problems of varying complexity.
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Analyze systems user needs to identify efficiencies/gaps. Assess cross-functional impact and integrate stakeholder recommendations/needs to streamline process flow.

- Ability to comply with any applicable personal protective equipment requirements.
- An Associate degree or commensurate work experience in a project management support role.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the industry.
- 2+ years of experience handling a wide range of administrative and project support related tasks.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with industry-specific software.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through PMI.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory, preferably in a GMP and/or ISO13485 environment.
- Hands-on experience with equipment and automation.

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator, Lab Program Management supports the team by working closely with project managers, cross functional support teams and key stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met through excellent coordination and communication.

Salary Range:
