      Job Description:

      Description: The Project Coordinator will serve as the primary resource for tasks related to maintaining document control and tracking of multi-department project activities within project timelines.

      Typical Duties:

      1. Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.

      2. Works with the project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.

      3. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned.

      4. Maintains document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
      5. .
      6. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.

      7. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed.

      8. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders.

      9. Develops and reviews project statuses and reports.

      10. Performs other related duties as assigned.

      Qualifications:


        Required Education and Experience:
      • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
      • 2 plus years of experience in project tracking and multi-department project activities.

      • Preferred Licensure/Certification/Specialized Training:
      • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field from an accredited University.
